These apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by them, you may not use or access this Website. We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time that you use the Website and/or place you order for goods from us (as applicable), unless any change to those policies or these Conditions is strictly required to be made by law or government authority (in which case you will be notified as soon as possible and such changes will apply to orders previously placed by you and which are pending acceptance/delivery).
Purchase of Products
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process.
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered within 1-2 hours of the order being placed.
This is not an order acceptance from Mahboob & Sons Ltd trading as cookware zone. Order acceptance will take place when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched (and at this point, our contract with you will become legally binding).
Non-acceptance of an order may arise for several reasons. By way of example, this could be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You are not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English. The details of your specific contract will not be filed by Mahboob & Sons Ltd.

Contract Cancellation
You will have 30* days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the Products (unless the Products are split into several deliveries over different days, in which case you have until 30* days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery) to cancel your contract with us without giving any reason.
(* this gives you more time than the 14 days you would normally be given under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013)
Please note that your right to cancel your contract does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery and Goods made to your specification or are clearly personalised.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel by email and providing the valid reasons.
Faulty Products
Cookware zone products are covered by a minimum 6 month guarantee from the point of purchase. For further information on our Cookwarezone guarantee, In addition to the above, we are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with this contract. See details below for a summary of your key legal rights in relation to the Products. Nothing in these Conditions will affect your legal rights. Summary of your key legal rights This is a summary of your key legal rights. These are subject to certain exceptions. For detailed information please visit the Citizens Advice website www.adviceguide.org.uk or call 03454 04 05 06. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
- Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
- Up to six months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
Delivery and Shipping
We will send you an email with a link to track your parcel when it is dispatched. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a further email with the expected delivery time and options to amend the delivery should the stated time not be convenient. We will deliver the Products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order (unless otherwise agreed with you). If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.
Undelivered, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Should you have been unable to take delivery of, or have refused your parcel, a refund will be authorised upon receipt of the goods at our warehouse. You will need to place the order again. We are not obliged to honour any promotional discount that was claimed on your original order if it has since expired.
If your parcel is lost or damaged whilst in transit with our courier, we will replace the item free of charge. Where relevant, we will require proof of the damage and a written statement so that we can proceed with a compensation claim.
Promotional Discounts
From time to time we may advertise promotional offers including, but not limited to, discounts and free gifts. The conditions of use for any promotion will be specific to each offer. Promotional discounts only available while stocks last and may not be used in conjunction with any other code, offer, offers of the week or clearance items. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion without notice, prior to the advertised expiry date.

Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Information of this Website.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website.
